Morning walk
7.8.18

To day I got up at 5,30 am.
I could peep through the  balustrade gap in the balcony.  The daily practicing children had not come yet.  I could see the school ground (PSBB)  from  where I lay down in my mat.

After attending to nature’s call , I warm up a litter of water and took along with honey and lemon.
I had also prepared for boiling the milk, Aavin, half litter.  I poured it in a  eversilver vessel and kindled the gas stove and kept the knob in sim.  Since I had taken  stomach full of  water I did not do any yoga;  instead I went for a walk  in the ground  opposite to my flat.

I searched for f green patches of grass.  I could find some in the play ground and started to walk bare foot on the grass.  After walking for half an hour I came out of the ground and found more grassy area in  the walk way  near the wall adjacent to school ground.  It was fully grown grass and cushion like.  I  continued for another 15 minutes.  I also met Srishti, Bengali lady, who lives in 24/113.  Chatted for 10 minutes and went home.
I learnt that I had forgotten to put down the gas and it was on.  The milk got hot, bodied, evaporated, became carbon, and the vessel red-hot, was well coated with carbon with heavy astringent smell.  The smoke had been so strong that it had activated the smoke alarm.  Security came up woke my wife, who was still sleeping and asked her to find out the cause for the smoke alarm.  The gas was put out, vessel  removed and put into sink with lot of water.  The  coating of carbon was really thick.
I scrapped the carbon with knife and poured some water and heated it.  After heating I added, vinegar and lemon and baking soda.  The vessel had come back to 90% of its original colou
